SNMP on D-Link DES-1210-28P and 1210-52

I am not confident about the security. Made me wonder if I needed to create an ACL as well as SNMPv3 settings. I'm in the fog on this one. I have a second switch I am going to factory default and work with that one. Start with SNMPv2 and perhaps work my way up. If you have any further ideas they will be appreciated.
